Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@orangehabit.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
